Palm Beach Wellness Rockingham offers a private infrared sauna with space for up to eight people, alongside infrared and red light wellness cocoons, roller massage, compression boots and a salt room. These are separately bookable treatments, so visitors can choose a short sauna visit or explore the wider menu. The cocoon is a different experience from a standalone red light bed.
