My Recovery Club is a social recovery facility in Harrisdale. Its hot and cold area combines a custom built 10 person traditional Finnish sauna with Australian made Odin ice baths, allowing visitors to move between sauna and cold plunge sessions. The wider recovery floor includes Kineon red light therapy, Normatec compression boots, massage guns, a mobility area and stretching classes. Casual recovery passes and weekly memberships provide access to the facility during its published opening hours.
