Merse Wellness in Osborne Park offers contrast bathing with hot rock and infrared saunas, a steam room, a 38°C hot magnesium pool, a 6°C cold plunge and a 12°C cold pool. An ice fountain and monsoon showers round out the Bathhouse circuit. Changerooms, lockers, towels, herbal tea, stone lounges and relaxation beds are provided.
The Rejuvenate Lounge adds medical grade LED light therapy panels, compression therapy with Theraboots, massage guns and sound healing. A Salt Room is also available. Revive Me membership covers Bathhouse access, while Restore Me+ includes the Bathhouse and Longevity Wing; current membership prices are available through Merse.
The booking portal’s Rituals section includes a Guided Sauna Experience (Aufguss) every second Sunday from 8:30am–10am, with 60 minutes guided and 30 minutes of self paced Bathhouse access. Monthly Sound Bath Healing combines 45 minutes of sound healing with 15 minutes in the Bathhouse.
