What you’ll find
Head 2 Heal is a dedicated contrast therapy operation located inside F45 Madeley in Wangara, with traditional sauna and ice baths bookable through its own recovery service. Visitors can choose coached sessions or self guided membership options. The published timetable distinguishes weekend bookings open to all visitors from weekday member booking windows, so check availability before travelling. Its focused sauna and ice bath format suits people looking for a straightforward hot and cold recovery routine rather than a larger day spa.
Check the official website for current session times, pricing and first visit instructions before travelling.
