For those wanting time to unwind and reset, our private wellness room can be booked for individuals or couples. The space includes a private infrared sauna, shower for optional cold shower or contrast therapy, red light therapy and a vibration platform to support gentle movement and lymphatic flow, with your own private changing and relaxation space.
