What you’ll find
A private northern suburbs fire and ice space in Beldon, combining infrared sauna and ice bath sessions. The published facilities include infrared sauna, private ice bath, contrast therapy and group bookings. The private booking format provides more control over pace and personal space, which may suit couples, small groups and visitors who prefer not to use a communal bathhouse.
Check the official website for current session times, pricing and first visit instructions before travelling.
