Sweat and Chill is a private recovery space in North Beach built around a full spectrum infrared barrel sauna and ice bath. Each booking is reserved for one or two people, with the sauna, ice bath and outdoor shower available within the private setting. The Shift Session is an immersive sauna and ice bath journey layered with breathwork, sound, frequency and movement, priced at $55 solo or $99 duo.
