What you’ll find
A family owned private wellness space in Scarborough offering infrared sauna and ice bath sessions for individuals, couples and small groups. The published facilities include private infrared sauna, ice bath, private contrast sessions and sessions for up to three. The private booking format provides more control over pace and personal space, which may suit couples, small groups and visitors who prefer not to use a communal bathhouse.
